Jeremy Piven, Actor: Will There Ever Be an Entourage Reboot?

Jeremy Piven has been acting for decades, and he’s racked up a sizable collection of accolades that reflect the range of his talents. The actor is perhaps best known for his role as the foul-mouthed, ruthless talent agent Ari Gold on the HBO series Entourage, which won him three consecutive Emmy awards and a Golden Globe.

In addition to his role on the show, he also appeared in several box-office hits, including The Larry Sanders Show and Old School. He continued to showcase his acting range over the years, from comedic portrayals to serious, dramatic performances.

Jeremy Piven’s Impact on the Theater World

Piven is currently working on the movie Sweetwater, and he recently coyly answered a question about whether or not there will be an Entourage reboot when he was on Good Morning America and Sherri Shepherd’s daytime talk show. While he didn’t explicitly answer the question, he did hint that it may happen, saying “You never know.”

As a result of the sexual misconduct scandals in Hollywood, Piven has faced multiple allegations of his own. One woman says he exposed himself to her on the set of Lucas in 1985, while another actress said he followed her into her trailer and pinned her down while threatening to call the police. The allegations surfaced in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, with dozens of women coming forward to say they had been assaulted by powerful men. Meador and Gonzalez agree that if Piven wants to be taken seriously as an actor, he needs to hold himself accountable for his behavior.
